RELAXED

Every year, when spring arrives, and I begin to wear dresses and shorts, looking in the mirror I realize that it is time to do a bit of healthy sport. So armed with sneakers and ipod I go on the beach and I run at least one hour a day. This year, however, (damn) I have not yet managed to find a day to dedicate to myself, and seen my daily rhythms, I doubt that I'll find one before the summer. So I found a little workaround: the shoes! They are called FitFlop and have a sole that absorbs shocks of the walk going to tone legs and buttocks.Wearing these shoes every day, I must admit that at night my ankles are much more inflated and definitely more presentable! :) And you? How do you prepare youselves for the summer?

Ogni anno, quando arriva la primavera, e comincio ad indossare abiti e shorts guardandomi allo specchio realizzo che è giunta l'ora di fare un pò di sano sport. Così armata sneakers e ipod mi dirigo sulla spiaggia e corro almeno un'ora al giorno. Quest'anno, però, (accidentaccio) non sono ancora riuscita a trovare una giornata da dedicare a me stessa e visti i miei ritmi giornalieri dubito che ne troverò una prima dell'estate. Così mi sono ingegnata ed una piccola soluzione l'ho trovata: le scarpe! Si chiamano FitFlop e hanno una suola che assorbe gli urti della camminata andando a tonificare gambe e glutei. Indossandole quotidianamente devo ammettere che alla sera le mie caviglie sono deciamente più sgonfie e decisamente più presentabili! :) E voi? Come vi preparate all'estate?
