SCENT OF ROSMARY

 

Vi starete sicuramente chiedendo cosa c'entri il profumo di rosmarino del titolo con questo outfit molto "boscaiolo", beh la risposta la trovate nelle ultime foto e cioè nella ricetta del risotto al rosmarino! Ormai avrete capito che mi piace pasticciare in cucina perciò ho deciso di dedicare un post ad una ricettina semplice semplice ma sorprendentemente gustosa: il risotto al rosmarino (appunto :))!

Gli ingredienti che vi servono sono pochi e semplici: riso (ovviamente), cipolla per il soffritto, olio extra vergine di oliva, vino bianco, brodo caldo, parmigiano e rosmarino.

Come fare? Basta tritare la cipolla ed il rosmarino (fresco mi raccomando!) e farli rosolare con un pò di olio. Dopo qualche minuto, prima che brucino, aggiungere il riso e farlo tostare dopodichè sfumare con il vino e proseguire la cottura aggiungendo di quando in quando un pò di brodo. A cottura ultimata mantecare con un pò di parmigiano grattugiato! Gusto garantito!

By now you may have guessed that I like to mess in the kitchen so I decided to dedicate a post to a simple but surprisingly tasty recipe: the risotto with rosemary (note:))! The ingredients you need are few and simple: rice (of course), onion, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, broth, Parmesan cheese and rosemary. How? Just chop the onion and rosemary (fresh please!) and let them brown with a little oil, after a few minutes, before they burn, add the rice and toast it, after that blend with the wine and continue cooking, adding from time to time a bit of broth. Once cooked, cream with some grated parmesan cheese! Taste guaranteed!
